Our involvement goes beyond insurance. Outlaw and its leadership stay connected to the industries we serve through NATE: The Communications Infrastructure Contractors Association, the Greater Houston Industrial Group, and TXOA. Kaci also serves on NATE’s Safety & Education Committee, keeping Outlaw close to the conversations, challenges, and changes affecting the businesses and industries we work with.

Kaci has spent her insurance career working directly with commercial clients and developing a deep understanding of complex businesses, particularly within construction, telecommunications, and infrastructure. That experience shaped her belief that complicated risks need more than someone who can place a policy. They need an insurance partner who understands how the business actually operates.
At Outlaw, Kaci is deeply involved in coverage design, carrier negotiations, contractual insurance requirements, risk management, and solving problems that don't always fit neatly into an insurance application. Her industry involvement extends beyond insurance through her service on the Safety & Education Committee for NATE: The Communications Infrastructure Contractors Association and membership in the Greater Houston Industrial Group.
Kaci helps lead Outlaw with a straightforward approach: understand the business, tell the truth, solve the problem, and stay involved.

Maggie has built her insurance career around taking care of clients and keeping the details from falling through the cracks. Her experience spans both personal and commercial insurance, from managing coverage needs and navigating claims to working directly with carriers and helping clients through the day-to-day issues that come with their insurance programs.
At Outlaw, Maggie plays an integral role in client service and agency operations, including coverage analysis, carrier communication, policy management, billing, claims assistance, and the processes that keep both client accounts and the agency moving forward.
Maggie approaches insurance with a focus on the details, clear communication, and making sure clients have someone they can count on when they need help.

CHAD GARNER

For nearly two decades, Chad has worked in the field across telecommunications, construction, oil and gas, and infrastructure. His experience ranges from managing fiber and tower construction projects to leading field operations, heavy equipment work, excavation, and running projects from planning through completion.
At Outlaw, Chad brings an operator’s perspective to risk management. He understands what happens beyond the paperwork—the crews, equipment, job sites, safety requirements, contracts, deadlines, and real-world challenges our clients face every day. That experience helps Outlaw look at risk through the eyes of the businesses we serve, not just through an insurance application.
Chad’s approach is rooted in practical experience, accountability, and getting the job done right.
